The Night of Candy

Halloween came, so we dressed up in our finery:

We tricked and were treated:

And we went home very happy!

We hope that you all had a very happy and safe Halloween!

Until next year . . .

Some pretty cute kiddos you have there Carrie. I hope that they got just enough candy to make them feel good without you feeling bad.

So cute - Carrie. I just love that precious little girl of yours (as I know you do!). I'm relieved it's over - I'm tired now of Halloween (ha). Have a grea day. See ya.

What fun.

That lady at the door looks pretty upset.

That lady at the door is "Grammie Dorie", our long-time friend. I've been trick-or-treating her since I was 4!

Her mother used to live with her and sit behind her with a sheet over her, banging a scary instrument. It was hilarious and frightening at the same time!

Awesome costumes! They look like they enjoyed themselves. My little cowardly lion was just that, I don't know if he'll ever enjoy Halloween, lol.
