'Tis the Season

It's been a flurry of activity this week in our house. Between gingerbread house making, wrapping presents and trying not to eat too many Christmas cookies, it's a wonder I can even remember my own name. Alas, many happy memories are being made the week before Christmas. Here are a few:

We decked the halls . . . er, tree!

For all of you worried about the fire hazard, no need to fret. We've been diligently watering our tannenbaum every day.

Some of us celebrated our first Christmas! Looks like she's got the hang of it. Bring it on Santa!

A motley crew indeed.

Stage fright? Nah, not Katie. She participated in her first holiday concert with her preschool this week. Her favorite song? "Billy's Mommy Died" of course, for that is what she sounds like when she's belting out "Feliz Navidad", which she practiced everywhere for the last month.

Ready, set, be silly!

Such a serious little caroler!

Yes, it's been a busy week.
